Shipping policy

All orders ship from our warehouse in San San Mateo, CA.

We do our best to ship within 24 hours Monday - Friday.  If we anticipate any delay we will reach out immediately to let you know.

Please be careful when submitting your orders.  Level is not responsible for package deliveries affected by an invalid or old address provided by the customer.  We can also not control such things as air and ground transportation delays, strikes or weather disturbances.  We will do our best to get you the order as fast as possible.

Order Status

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. The tracking number for orders within the U.S. will include an estimated delivery day. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Please make certain to ship to a secure location as we will not process refunds or re-ship orders once the tracking shows delivery confirmation.

International Orders

We are working on it.  Drop us a note and let us know where you are located and we can definitely try and make it happen.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your new shoes.  If for some reason you are not we will be happy to take it back.  Please send us an email at ask@thebrandlevel.com and we will send you the address to return the shoes.

Please note, shoes must be unworn, in origianl packaging and free of stains, odors, animal hair or any damage.

Returns postmarked within a month of purchase will be a full credit. Anything after one month will be returned as a store credit.
