Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your new shoes.  If for some reason you are not we will be happy to take them back.  Please email us at: ask@thebrandlevel.com We can work on exchange or we can give you the return shipping address.  We can provide you with a return label, but it will be taken out of the refund once we receive the shoes back.  Please note, shoes must be unworn, in origianl packaging and free of stains, odors, animal hair or any damage.

Returns postmarked within a month of purchase will be a full credit. Anything after one month will be returned as a store credit.
